Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

(OP)
I have a call center with 200+ agents. Currently we are running IPOSE 10.1 and utilizing call center platform called vuesion. We are hitting a lot of capacity issues with that platform. I am thinking about ACCS, have watched the demos and I'm ready to take the plunge. Need a consultant/business partner to help us make the decision if it will work good for our business.

Our CRM is completely web based so I think the integration features will work well for us.

Does anyone have a recommendation for good consultants in the NY/NJ area?

RE: Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

No go with Xima stay away from ACCS

RE: Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

Had XIMA - spent tens of thousands and threw the product in the garbage. It has major errors in reporting and real time data. If you want inaccurate data go with XIMA. Hate to be a hater - but the product was terrible. That's $50k+ our company is never getting back.

RE: Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

You are literally the first person I have ever seen complain about Xima.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

RE: Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

Why should he stay away from ACCS?

ACCS might not be the right fit but considering what I'm guessing he wants to do I wouldn't recommend XIMA.

RE: Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

I would say go with ACSS stay away from IPOCC , ACSS is a nice product developed from Aura AACC , ACCC started of as Nortel symposium so a lot of knowledge and ssound history behind the product , sure in the early days AACC & then ACSS had issues , but now they are stable and work well....on the other hand IPOCC ...bleerrghhh

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.

RE: Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

Only reason he would stay away from IPOCC is requirements and the 200+ agents, since IPOCC only supports up to 250 agents.

Stability wise IPOCC works fine, have customers with 150-200 agents.
I work as a consultant for IPOCC among other products and most of the issues I encounter are due to programming.
IPOCC is presented as an easy to install application but it's actually quite complex if you wanna do something than just send calls to an agent group.

Although if he won't hit the 250 agent restriction, price would probably be more attractive on IPOCC.

RE: Questions about ACCS + Looking for a consultant

indeed its the multiple componets of ipocc I don't like , and as you say programming is not just friendly enough for my liking ... but horses for courses
