when I tried to mention existing or newly created RDB as FRRT & SRRT to ACD & CDN, the error show SCH0163 - Route Data block does not exist.....how do i rectify this, please help

print the RDB of the RAN route you are trying to assign.

Make sure you have a trunk built in your "newly created RDB"

Maybe STRT and Route TYPE is not allowed in that case
