Trying to set up a timed transfer to an answering service at 5p and switch back to IVR at 7a. All calls should go to the answering service on weekends starting at 5p Fri and not switching back to IVR until monday at 7a.
Settings:Time Group/Night Switch
Start time: 7a
Finish time: 17
Week day start: Monday
Week day finish: Friday
Month Day Start:1
Month Day Finish:31
Month Start: Jan
Month Finish: Dec

Timed Condition
Time Night Switch
Current overide: No override
Change Override: Night Switch
Dest. if time matches: IVR / Day IVR
Dest. if time does not match: Misc. Dest. Answering Service

Schedule seems to be working during the week but losing transfer to answering service on the weekend. Thanks for the help.

RE: Time Group/Time Condition

If all you want is to send calls to ans svc when closed without any manual override then try the following
add a time group
M-F
time to start 7 00
time to finish 17 00
weekday start monday
weekday finish friday

add time condition
open
time group M-F
destination if matches IVR
destination on no match ans svc misc destination or a ring group to the ans svc

point your inbound route to the open tc and on a match (M-F 7AM-5PM) calls will go to your IVR any other time the will go to ans svc
