Hi All, I have a strange one with VM pro at the moment, where I cant see any of the programming, however it is all there as the VM pro call flows are working, Ive reinstalled and restarted services etc etc

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

I will ask the basic question 1st.. Did you log in?

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

(OP)
yes I sure did, made sure that the IP address was correct.

I did try to log into the VM pro from a client on another part of the network and couldn't get in due to password, where in the config is the VMpro client username and password taken from

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

Did you run the VM Pro client as administrator?

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

(OP)
Do you mean right click and run as administrator?

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

Yes

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

Is This Server Edition? If it is are you logging into Primary Server?

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

(OP)
No its not server edition

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

Can you ping the vm server from IP Office or vs Versa/ a little more information would be helpful.

RE: VM Pro not showing programming

Your best bet is to have a backup that you can import.

Basically your VM Pro data file is intact that VM Pro is reading the config from, but the "temporary" data file where you edit the config is corrupt or empty.
If you can find a .mdb file in the VM Pro directory that is larger than 0 you might be able to restore it from there.

Also if you have configured scheduled backups of VM Pro restore that.

Yeah we can ping the server etc, its all there just no visuals of the call flows. So if I back up then I will uninstall and reinstall and then reinstall vmpro?
