Hello,

i've got a customer who got multiple huntgroups, 4 for Customer service and 4 for purchase. Sometimes purchase is in a meeting and Customer service needs to pick up the phone for purchase, and the same way around.. so now the customer has 4 short codes to set the group to night service and it will be forwarded to the Customer service hunt groups.
So is there a way that with 1 shortcode i can put those 4 huntgroups in nightservice?

Version dependent, but I would guess time profile.

I would use a different option where you can assign the right to a user to use the features button on there phone.
IF you do not have such a phone than it is time to get out of the 1980's

If you set a time profile in each group as fall back for night service.
You can create a button to set this time profile " manual override"

Then if press that button all group will activate night service.

Time profiles and latching date back as far as 9.0. I would have to get out my old laptop to look back much farther than that.

Button is the best, will do multiple groups no issue smile

A hot desk user which is member of all four groups can dial the shortcode for huntgroup nightservice if there are no huntgroups specified in the shortcode, i.e. the Telephonenumber field is left empty.
Then all groups the user is a member of will go into nightservice. Easier is with a button programmed for the hotdesk user.

Another option is to program a button on the phone of the manager type dial and program all our shortcodes to enable nightservice and another button to disable nightservice.
You can dial multiple shortcodes in one session.
With VM Pro it is even easier.
