Set Night Service to go to VM

Set Night Service to go to VM

(OP)
Hi all,

I've inherited a LG IPECS eMG80 phone system. I've had a go at configuring but have a couple of questions:

How do I direct Night Service to go to a voicemail and which handsets do I do recordi the greeting from and what are the codes required?

Thanks for any help!

RE: Set Night Service to go to VM

Point the trunks at a group e.g 402 for night in pgm144 for analogue trunks or pgm231 for ddi isdn/sip trunk

Then in pmg191 for group att. Overflow to vm group e.g 440 set the amount of seconds to overflow after and set the message wait station and then record the greeting for that extension.
