Out Of Office Message

Out Of Office Message

Out Of Office Message

I have a TDA100 and it has 4CO lines connected. I want when clients call in during public holidays to get an out of office response on all the lines. The message will keep changing like Christmas time, Easter Time, Labor day e.t.c. Also if possible that I may be able to see the missed calls when I come back from the holiday. What hardware do I need to add into the system or it is there by default

RE: Out Of Office Message

You will need either a tvm50 or a opt3 card and a esvm card.

Second option is the best if you only wand to play a message but not let the caller leave a message

RE: Out Of Office Message

Thank you so much @obtsystems>
So this mean I just get the opt3+esvm cards and I will be sorted.
How about configuration is it straight forward and recording/playing the message to callers?
I just need the system to play the recorded message automatically then after hung-up the line.

RE: Out Of Office Message

You would use a group with no member and queueing table to play an ogm then disconnects

If that is set for night it will play in night mode

RE: Out Of Office Message

Hi Obt,
Would you mind telling me why you would need the opt3 card for option two?
I am intrigued.

RE: Out Of Office Message

The tda doesn’t have the built in svm so you need the esvm card installed.
For a Door phone or message card you neet an obp3 card to fit it into

RE: Out Of Office Message

Oh yeah! On the 100/200 the daughter boards fit on the options board.
