UM Campaigns/Thin client support

UM Campaigns/Thin client support

UM Campaigns/Thin client support

Hi all

We have had a request for a campaign setup on the Panasonic UM Voicemail, we would normally offer this on our Avaya products but have never deployed on an NS series before. Does anyone know if it is possible ie caller gets to mailbox and they are prompted with a series of questions one after the other so all required information can be gathered?

Other question is whether the panasonic softphone is supported in a thin client enviroment? I know CA is but not sure on a standard softphone?

RE: UM Campaigns/Thin client support

Yes you can have a interview mailbox

Never tried Softphone on a thin client. Possibly able to run on the server once you can play the audio to the terminal

Cheers OBT

How are the greetings recorded for the interview mailbox?

Do you have any pointers on how to set this up?
