How to migrate a FP-website to a server without FP-extensions ?

My website -made with FrontPage- has to migrate to a new Windows server without FrontPage extensions.

Uploading is now be done with FTP - can I still use the FTP charger in my FrontPage?
What do I do with the following files in my website: _vti_cnf / _vti_log / _vti_pvt / _vti_script / _vti_txt?
Are there things in my old FP website that I definitely need to change?
Other points of interest for this migration?

Thanks for tips to be able to migrate without a crashing website.
