Voicemail Pro R10.1 Cannot use Text-to-Speech or Speak Text

Voicemail Pro R10.1 Cannot use Text-to-Speech or Speak Text

Hey all - so I have a very strange issue with our once working Text-to-Speech & Speak text actions in Voicemail Pro R10.1. It seems like it all worked fine until we upgraded from R9.0.10 to R10.1.

Basically, after we type the text description, then click over to entry prompts tab, I can select Text-to-Speech, but the Language drop down box has no option (no English (United States)). When I click to record the audio file, nothing happens. I have done a complete removal of voicemail pro (even manually deleted the C:/Program Files/Avaya/IP Office/Voicemail Pro folder), then re-installed using custom method, and manually selected English & English US languages. All my licensing is correct –I have the needed VMPRO TTS licenses installed. And when I revert to the Backup VM Pro Server (also running R10.1), the TTS works fine – and I have my English US in the Language drop-down box?

At this point, after doing a full removal & reinstall of VMPro - it still does not show the English option in the language drop-down box / we are thinking it has to be an issue on the win2008 sever? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as we are out of idea's to get this working again.

Licenses installed -

NO option in the Language drop-down box / therfor it has no language engine to use to record?

Have Re-installed and verified I selected correct languages…

Verified the correct languages are installed on VMPro… (Also verified the English & English (US) are listed under the WAVS folder directory)

Also verified that I have valid language engines installed on the VMPRO/ Win2008 R2 server…
