Hi,
We just upgraded a customer to IPO 10.0.0.6 Build 3, we also upgrade the Vmpro.
When a call arrive it's send to the VMpro, where we have a assisted transfert, after 15 sec the call goes to another assisted transfert on no answer.
Customer is complaining that regulary when they answer, call is dropped ( it write disconnected on the screen) and they get a tone.
Is this a know bug in this release ?
I've started a sysmon, i'm waiting for the problem appear again.

in my opinion aftre talking, we shouldn't go back to the attendant...
