Echo Canceller - No Option to "Change" on 9508 Phone

Echo Canceller - No Option to "Change" on 9508 Phone

IP Office 500 v2, R8.1(73), 9508 phones, analog trunks

-The customer is trying to turn off the Echo Canceller at the phone, but there's no "Change" option on the 2nd soft key where it should be. The only button that's showing up is "Cancel". Is there a User Rights setting that needs to be changed somewhere?

RE: Echo Canceller - No Option to "Change" on 9508 Phone

Have you tried the navigation arrows left or right? That's how mine changes, but I am not on that version. Otherwise the first step would be upgrade to the last version of 8.1.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

RE: Echo Canceller - No Option to "Change" on 9508 Phone

Great suggestion, and I should have mentioned that I tried that already (my apologies). Hitting the right or left arrows doesn't do anything like it would normally.

I can certainly upgrade them to a later version of R8.1, but I've used Echo Canceller at the 9508 phones from a variety of 8.1 releases and haven't seen this issue before, so I'm just trying to figure out what else it could be.
