IP Office Knowledgebase Access Issues

IP Office Knowledgebase Access Issues

(OP)
Some of you will know that I lurk here in my role as IP Office Knowledgebase maintainer.

We have recently had two reports of people with valid Avaya support accounts (SSO log ins) being unable to use those to access the Technical Manuals section of the web site.

Before I go and tackle our IT folks who run that aspect of operation, are there any other people here who have found that their login works for support.avaya.com/PLDS etc. but not for IP Office Knowledgebase Technical Manuals.

Regards.

RE: IP Office Knowledgebase Access Issues

@IPOfficeKB

I have been on the knowledge base this morning and it has working perfectly fine for me.

There was an issue this morning though with the Administrator approval part of the site as i was trying to approve one of my colleagues and it flaked out on me. When trying to approve someone i kept getting this error . I have attached a link below with the error. I then tried it on the dreaded Microsoft EDGE and it worked perfectly fine.

Thank you
