Hi all,

this morning i got a class 4 error:

CLASS: 4
101 FAULTY CLOCK PROCESSOR
DATE TIME ALP NOIF EQU INF1
26FEB18 12:10:20 1 1 002-0-**-** 1

following Alex, i checl LSU and then i want to the PBX to check LSU board. The only spare part i have is a R11 (installed, and maybe faulty, is a R7) so i try to change but still don't work. I try reloading LSU and LPU, then re-allineate the whole system (16 LIMs...) with SFCEI; RFEXI; but error still there.

Any hint ?

Hi michelepin!

I solved this problem changing LSU board and following the steps below:
1)Block LIM traffic with BLLTI:LIM=X
2)Turn off the LIM X
3)Change LSU board
4)Turn on the LIM X
5)Deblock LIM traffic with BLLTE:LIM=X

Hi, FYI,

looks like your spare part is also faulty or the boards (DSU and LSU) are not compatible.

You wrote about a "R11" and "R7". Do the boards have the same ROF-Number ?

There existed different board revisions
(e.g.LSU ROF1314413/1 or /3 or /4)
(and DSU ROF1314414/1 or /3 or /4)

If I remember right, a mix of different versions (/1 with /3 etc.) was not possible.
e.g.
DSU with /1 only works with LSU /1
DSU with /3 only works with LSU /3

Thanks for your kidly help: LSU changed. But now i have some other faults and GJLSP got me a:

EQU = 2-1-00-0 GS-MULT 0-3
GS SIDE 0 ACTIVE NOT ACTIVATED NOT SIGNALLING NO CLOCK CONTROL
SIDE 0 ALARM 0010 0000 0000 0001 GSMINPUT 11111110

ERROR RATE LIM TO GS SIDE 0 = 5*10EE-5
ERROR RATE GS TO LIM SIDE 0 = 5*10EE-5
SIDE 0 CONFIG: GJU_G WITH INCORRECTLY CONNECTED GJU_D LINK

Maybe i did some mistakes reconnecting cables ? Any diagram/figure/table how to connect is ?
