I'mn flummoxed. The automated attendant picks up the call, plays the message but when the inbound caller dials an extension it rings on ext 10, regardless of what extension is dialed. Help

Can you dial 777 and the voicemail answers?

What greeting plays when the automated attendant picks up?

Can you login to the administrative box 99 and check the selector codes?

777 vm answers - yes
Either day or night depending which was set to play
Admin access - yes

I just can’t figure out what is set wrong.

Selector code 1 is set to transfer to extension 10. Change this to direct extension transfer.
