Setup a VoiceMail Service on AASTRA BP250

Setup a VoiceMail Service on AASTRA BP250

Hello I am new to the forum and I am sorry if I may not be clear.
I want to activate the greeting and record messages
Could anybody help me out how to setup a proper voicemail service and message center to record messages for a AASTRA/Ericsson BP250 Central.
My question is in theory. Below is the real situation of the system I have.
The phone that secretary is using is Aastra Ericsson Dialog 4223 DBC 223 Digital Phone.I want to bind a key that divert calls to a recorded greeting and register the caller after no answer.
I am familiar with BMS Server. The configuration is as below and I can provide photos of BMS System if it is necessary
2 Subscription lines ISDN enters in central with trunk number 700,701,702,703
This 2 Lines are translated to Virtual Numbers 222, 223 and Diverted with 'Direct Divert' Option to Internal Phone System 219 which is the internal secretary number.
Also a cordless phone, nr 177 is assigned as a slave to 219 to receive call from outside at the same time.
I have set to ON the Voice Mail Option and Message Center but I got stuck on what is the right path to go on.
Also I have the Full Manual that explains the codes.

Thank you for your time and your help is more then needed :)
