Greetings, I'm assuming the topic calls handle the call recordering for the topic calls, Link Attached, I have all calls are being recorded, if I turn these off in the IPO, will that affect the Topic recording.

You set recording in the Topic configuration so it should be turned of in IPO.

Haven't tried it but guessing that if you enable recording in IPO it will record queue messages as well.
