Create help file for my project.

I have finished a project in vb.net community 2017. I need to create a help file with text and pictures about my application.
In the past, when I was creating a project in vb6 I was creating chm file with html help workshop. But with the technology evolution to the operating systems and programming languages I don't think that html help workshop is compatible either with windows 10 either with vb.net community 2017. Is there any way to create and embed a help file through vb.net 2017 community enviroment? May anybody guide me somehow?
Should I create a help file from my own? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you so much in advanced.

Take a look at this link and see if it helps.

Thank you, so much. Is there a way to create a chm file through vb.net?
