Avaya WFO 12.0 -Problems with QM Evaluation reporting

Hi.
A customer of mine has Avaya WFO, ACR and QM, release 12.0. Recently noticed that evaluation reporting does not bring data when dates related to 2018 are requested. The platform was working fine for the last four years. Actually, reports related for dates previous to 2018 are working fine.
Opened a service request at Avaya Support, but in the mean time I´m looking for other oppinions.
I can see new evaluatios have been made during current year.

Seems like the database has a limit parameter. In case you experience a failure like mine, all you have to do is running this script:
USE CentralDWH
GO
EXEc job_fill_time_by_hour @from_time = NULL, @fill_interval_in_years = 25
