Cannot view queues from phone manager at remote office

Cannot view queues from phone manager at remote office

We have two IPOs at two locations. In phone manager when logged in at the remote site and try to view a queue at the other site it shows as a selection but nothing ever populates in there. Is it a networking issue? The two systems are on separate vlans.

RE: Cannot view queues from phone manager at remote office

it usually is a networking issue.
the information is broadcast to phoneManager so you would have to enable broadcast messages being transmitted from one vlan to the other.
I think port 50791 - 50799 range but can't remember exactly which one does it.

I am sure I had this working at some point back when we had a different networking setup. I believe I was using helper ips on our cisco routers

RE: Cannot view queues from phone manager at remote office

Sure, it is not supported. Are the remote groups set to "Advertize group"?
If it does not work then turn it around, create the group where th PMPro connects to and add remote users.
