Micros 3700 remote printer "Print Job Rejected"

Micros 3700 remote printer "Print Job Rejected"

Hello all,
We have several remote IP printers that started missing a few print outs. The error on the terminal is "Print Job Rejected" sending to backup printer. There are Espon 220. Anyone seen this before and have a possible solution?
I have attached the error message.

RE: Micros 3700 remote printer "Print Job Rejected"

The error is generic. All it tells us is the printer and terminal are communicating. Try to test the lines, look for noise/dropped packets/interference. Troubleshoot it like any office printer. Plug it into another location, change the cables, try to see if the message goes away under certain conditions.

Restart the micros printing service
