IPOCC R10 Announcement script not working

(OP)
Dear All Experts,

I have a problem in IPOCC R10

- IPOCC announcment script not working and when dial Topic number phone screen gives "busy tone"
- When I remove announcment script from Task flow editor and dial topic direct call go to Agent group normally.
- However, if all Agent busy announcement script not working and call get busy tone and dropped.

All messages are in right wave formate and in right location inside announcements folder in program data in C:/
From SysMon:
( 11:16:09 166229411mS ERR: IPOCC sending 606 deletes call all the way back to the exchange (with Busy))

Thanks for any one give me any advice and thanks you all too.
Waiting for your valued replies.
