Windows 10 Micros 720 tablet not printing receipts in the bar thermal printers

Hi all,
We have installed 3700 in a property with new Workstation 6 and 2 720 tablets.
Everything is working perfect till the point where nothing prints in the bar from the tables.
The hotels IT company have opened a private wifi network with static ip's but it only works for kitchen printing but not for beverage orders or guests receipts.
Has anyone installed this tables before. Did you guys had any issues?
Any suggestions will help.

If the tablets are printing to the kitchen but not the bar it sounds like a config issue. Are the tablets set to use the bar order device? Does the bar printer work when ordering from the workstation 6?

Yes the tables are set to print to the bar order device and the printer is receiving orders from other work stations.

Problem solved. The IT company didn't open the correct ports.
