Number Incompatabile when dialing topic

(OP)
Hi,

I'm running out of ideas on what could be causing this issue.

I have configured the SIP extension to 350.
The short code configured is 7XXX;Dial Extn;350|>>.
The task flow has been activated.
The SIP extension is registered and showing at System monitor.
The Sync, TAPI, SIP is Established.
The Agent is login via phone and interface.

Is there still some settings that i have missed out? I've tried to follow the installation document but the number incompatabile still persist.

RE: Number Incompatabile when dialing topic

Could be a CLI issue, depends on how your outbound is configured and if your SIP provider doesn't allow calls from unknown CLIs.

What do you see on SSA/Monitor when making these calls.
