IPOCC Client Disconnect

(OP)
Greetings,

We are running 9.1.9 on our 80 IPOCC users. 2 of them seem to be having a weird issue, that I was wondering maybe someone has some information on. Within the first 10 to 15 minutes of this users PC coming online, they login to the IPOCC. and within 5 minutes, it blinks in the top right hand corner, that it lost connection to the phone. Though the phone is still online and the IPO shows the phone still being online. Is there anything from Windows 10, that could be messing with this or a group policy? We have a ACL in place and a proxy server. Removed the ACL and proxy, still happened. It has been going on now for 2 weeks.

We have a new switch connection to the pc and to the phone. We've replaced the cabling.

I appreciate any and all help on this matter,

RE: IPOCC Client Disconnect

The UI is not supported on Windows 10 as far as I know, only Windows 7.

RE: IPOCC Client Disconnect

You should upgrade to latest IPOCC 9.1 SP.
