Is it possible for an Agent IPOCC with Email feature enabled to export and save one email in his PC in order to send it as attachment ?

Yes, the agent can print the email and then send it as a attachment.

Well, that depends on what kind of printer you have installed on your computer, if you use the cute pdf writer for exmaple you can print it in pdf-format. I think the built printer is in xps-formart
