Guys,

We have Avaya IP Office 500 v2 R10 Environment with IPOCC R10. We would like to upgrade the same to Version 10.1, does it required any License as well we would like to have option to use WebRTC for Agents.

10.0 and 10.1 uses the same license.

For WebRTC you need Power User licenses.
