Phaser 6250 won't print BLACK. (refer to closed thread 723-1262185)

Ref Thread 723-1262185. "Phaser 6250 won't print balck". (Yes black IS misspelled in the thread).

I'm trying to get my 6250 Phaser to print black instead of light gray. I tried all tests suggested in referenced thread, and everything worked. I also heard the black toner dispense in the test (same as other colors), so I assume it IS working.

I used a shop vac to suck out excess black toner in cradle and dispenser area, but it didn't help.

(1) So, I wamt to know how to access the auger tube to "find something to fish down it" to try to unclog it.
Do I need to remove the cradle the toner sits in?

(2) if that doesn't work, where might I find a replacement "black toner dispense"? I was unable to find such a part for the 6250 via a web search. Might it be called something else?

Thank you so much for your time.
