VM Pro holdmusic.wav location

VM Pro holdmusic.wav location

VM Pro holdmusic.wav location

Couple quick questions. Does the VM Pro holdmusic.wav file location change or is it still under the Primary folder? I saw somewhere it needs to be HoldMusic.wav not holdmusic.wav. Is this true?

Also, does it still have the same formatting requirements single channel, 8k ulaw wav?

RE: VM Pro holdmusic.wav location

Hold music is not related to VM, it's always the same location and format smile

RE: VM Pro holdmusic.wav location

Though in reference to a Voicemail Pro features we would like to see discussion going on elsewhere, being able to specify the IP Office source as a being a voicemail start point would be cool. Create callflows to pick different audio files based on date, call ID, internal, external. Have other callflows to allow re-recording. Nice idea (IMHO).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

RE: VM Pro holdmusic.wav location

They'd screw you on channel licences then smile
