Good Morning,

I have Cleared this error less than an hr ago and I already have 163 Occurrences of "No free channels were available Outgoing Group ID: 1

This site has 3 PRI's, Two of which are "0 0" For Groups, one is "1 1"

Also, This PRI "1 1", Had 26 Instances of "Trunk out of service"

The customer has been experiencing some dropped calls. Carrier says the circuit is OK on their end? Ideas?

General rule of thumb in this scenario

"The supplier is mistaken"

you should be able to see more information in the alarms in SSA but the Out of service is more than enough

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
