Hi,

I'm testing the ipoffice 10.0.3 server select resiliancy with a IP500V2 and IPDects system.

When we shut down the server, the dect works trough the IP500V2 but some dect users appear as "no user".
we can make call but p.ex twinning is not working, We can't call them.

I've followed teh file "resiliency" from avaya.
In the master dect antenna, i've configured in service/provisionning/redundnat with the back up ipo & set teh IPDECTservice user a password and changethe password in the ipo security too.
I've change the base directory to /system/backupipdect/ too.

In the scn line backup ip dect is ticked.
Any idea what can be wrong ? Did i forget something ?

Hi,
Avaya just inform me that twinned dect will not fall back to secondary.

Did anyone already test it and can confirm ? I cant' find it in the doc.

One more question, i see in ssa system|IP Dect that i can see all dect.

There is a column named connection.

on this column there is 3 status What mean these status ?

Resilient PBX - Master
Primary (this) PBX - Master
Primary (this) PBX

I think that dect with status "Primary (this) PBX" can't failover on secondary server.
I have no idea what's the difference between these 3 status .
I was not able to find any info in knowledgebase

Straight from the IP Office Manager help file description of internal twinning: "Internal twinning is not supported across an SCN or SE network. Internal twinning is not supported during resilience.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
