IPO SE 9.1.6 and E129 Delayed Dial Tone issue

IPO SE 9.1.6 and E129 Delayed Dial Tone issue

IPO SE 9.1.6 and E129 Delayed Dial Tone issue

Have an issue with E129 phones and a 4 to 6 second delayed dial tone when you lift hand set or press speaker button. The issue happened back in February and Avaya said to upgrade firmware on phones which was done. All was good until 2 weeks ago. 1st question I asked customer what changed.. They say nothing. The fix is to reboot the phones and issue goes away. Rebooting IPO does not resolve issue. I know these phones are Junk and also end of life. But was wondering if anyone else has run into this or what would be a good cheap replacement for them. These phones are only used in hotel room so they do not have to be elaborate. The j129 are crap to so not interested in them.

Any help is always appreciated.
