Mobile twinning & Speed dial

Mobile twinning & Speed dial

Mobile twinning & Speed dial

I've a customer complaining that when he set the mobile twinning to the speed dial to his mobile the twinning didn't work.

We have tested the speed dial and it call the mobile.
If i set the mobile number in the twinning it works.

Is it allowed to use speed dial in the mobile twinning number ?

We are using IPO Build 172

From the customer it worked before but since he came back from holliday it doesn't works anymore.
As far as i know we didn't do any upgrade .

RE: Mobile twinning & Speed dial

You should not use a speed dial number for the twinning, it should be set to the actual twinned number.
It might work but there are other features with having the correct number.

Also how much time can he save on typing the speed dial instead of the whole number?
Ususally you just enter the number once and then you just toggle the feature.
