Hello, i understand that SD cards that were sold prior to the time AVAYA started using PLDS licensing does not have the PLDS host ID written on it .SD cards dongle normally come with 10 digits serial number for licensing while the new SD card has 12 digits as host ID . For a customer who has a the old sd card i believe the he just needs to add a prefix of 11 to the Sd card number to make the PLDS host ID ?. Is this correct ?.

RE: Upgrading from release 8.1 to 10.1

Yes. Just add the 11 to the beginning.
