I don't usually run into mac's, but I have a client with R10.0.400 that has a bunch of pc's running communicator just fine. They have 3-4 people who use macs and so have the mac license for them and they are using mac softphone. They are saying when they make a call the caller cannot hear them. They have to go to preferences-devices and change the mic to something else and then back to the correct headset setting for it to then work. They also have a problem where they hear a tick-tick-tick-tick throughout the call. Changing the mic setting away from the correct headset and then back again fixes that issue as well. Anyone who has experience with mac softphone seen this or have an idea where I should look?
