V10 Manager on XP

V10 Manager on XP

V10 Manager on XP

Anyone else having problems installing 10.1 manager on XP? I've tried installing the lite and full version but get message saying the file cannot be found?! I've tried running from C: and from the temp folder but get same result. I've tried removing 9.1 first (which installed ok originally) and also upgrading to 10.1 but no joy...

RE: V10 Manager on XP

Do you read the release notes when a new version of firmware is released?

if so you would have seen that Windows XP is no longer supported & has not been for some time

RE: V10 Manager on XP

I do and did but missed that one! Just looked for confirmation online too, but it must have been quite a while back as you say... 9.1 works, which made me think 10 would be ok. doh.

RE: V10 Manager on XP

yes it was with V10.0 that support ceased
