Weird Artifacts When Making Custom Button OnPaint

So I got a bit bored at work and decide to waste an hour making Minesweeper since our internal IT ripped out all the built in games. Worked fine but I noticed an odd little .. bug.

If I move the form horizontally between my bottom two monitors (I have four monitors in a 2x2 configuration), the buttons start showing artifacts. I've never really done anything like this before (overriding the OnPaint of the button to make a customized look), so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Even stranger... I can move vertically between all of my monitors without issues, and I can move horizontally between my top two monitors without issues.
