Onex Mobile & Cisco WAP 371

Onex Mobile & Cisco WAP 371

Onex Mobile & Cisco WAP 371

We have a customer complaining that he has bad call quality with his onex mobile prefered internally.
They use iphone 5S,6,7 and a android phone. => Same issue.
He said that internally, when he call a digital phone, the digital phone can hear correctly, but the mobile has cut in the voice.

The customer report me that he used the onex mobile when he was in a hotel, using the hotel's wifi, building a VPN to the office and it worked correctly.

Is it some know issue with cisco WAP 371 and mobile devices, or onex mobile ?
Is it a specifi setting we have to set to have it working correctly ?

RE: Onex Mobile & Cisco WAP 371

How many devices use the same access point?
Is QoS implemented on the WiFi?
