How to config IPOCC & ICI Connector?

I want use ICI Connector connect SAP.
I folow documents setting.(http://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101032...)
1. p.15 setup3 can not set "Type: System".
2. p.35 setup19 TTdisplay no "item 12 ICI".
3. p.37 setup3 ,Who know default username/password?.
Pls help me ~

1. When you create a TaskTag it's selected as System-Specific by default, no need to change it.

2. How is the ICI configured in Watchdog?

3. It's the same user called "service" you use for logging into CCUI so you should know the password. (as you should know you're not supposed to login with Administrator when managing the system)
If you don't know the password it's probably default "CCadmin123"
