any idea why AAM is adding 9 in front of local extension ? I am testing voicemail retrieve feature so user can enter extension and listen their VMs, when I enter any 4 digit ext, AAM is adding as :

dialied 1234
AAM 91234

any idea ?

RE: Aura Messaging 6.3

This is the wrong forum.

Post this in the AAM forums instead of the CM forums.

To answer your question: Check the dialing rules - sounds like it doesn't know that you have 4 digit extensions internally and is treating this call as an outside call.
