Multiple Agent ID's for one User

Multiple Agent ID's for one User

Running CM 5.2

Is it possible to have a user with their extension assigned to multiple call centers/hunt groups?

I have a request to take a user who already has an agent ID for one Hunt Group, but they would like them to be able to answer calls for another hunt group as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

RE: Multiple Agent ID's for one User

station logs in with an agent-loginID
agent-loginID is associated with skill(s)
station can login with one agent-loginID at a time.
other stations can login with the agent-loginID that is not currently being used.

agent-loginID 3001
skill 1, 2, 3

agent-loginID 4001
skill 11, 12, 13

station 2001 uses agent-loginID 3001 will answer calls for skills 1, 2, and 3

station 2001 logs out agent-loginID 3001

station 2001 uses agent-loginID 4001 will answer calls for skills 11, 12, and 13

station 2001 buttons will work with the skills of the logged in agent-loginID
