I'm working through some DPT testing and I'm finding the LSP site is not able to call the main site. The survivable processor is active and the system is currently isolated with local phone registrations. If this LSP site calls another non-isolated LSP site off the same core DPT works fine. If the isolated site calls to the core site, it's as is it doesn't recognize it needs to invoke DTP and goes straight to cover. The traces don't show anything about the site making the PSTN call between NR's. What I do see is my PROCR ip-interface in intervening region 250. Not sure if that's normal or best practice or if that is what's causing this issue.
