Hi, I am not sure if this is a short code or access code feature but I am trying to locate a list or table that is controlling outgoing numbers when a specific set of numbers is pressed.

dialing 404 + xxxx number dials an 11 digit number (the xxxx changes based on vendor code)

One of the vendors phone number has changed and I am trying to update it.

RE: Shortcodes?

ars tables

RE: Shortcodes?

checked but couldn't find anything in there

RE: Shortcodes?

it looks to the closest match then

RE: Shortcodes?

Maybe I worded my question wrong....if we dial 404 + 1234 it will dial a number say 1-888-888-8888 something totally different.

RE: Shortcodes?

ars digit conversion maybe, you are on a cm platform right, as you mentioned short codes earlier. As that would be IP Office

RE: Shortcodes?

Or system abbreviated dial...

Take Care

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
