VMPro stops running randomly

VMPro stops running randomly

VMPro stops running randomly

Hello All,
I am currently installing an IPO500 with Voicemail Pro on a PC
I had left everything on over the weekend and came in and found voicemail pro stopped running.
The error log on system status says "The following system resources are all in use: Voicemail Channels"
I then restarted the service on the PC and all was well again, however it's happened again this morning while i've been here
Any advice?

RE: VMPro stops running randomly

check if the ip address for voicemail pro is used by some one else..
unplug it from the network and then ping the address to see if there is a response back.

RE: VMPro stops running randomly

1) is your VM Pro licence sowing as valid? if unlicenced VM Pro will run in Demo mode for 2 hrs.
2) are all power saving options disabled on the VM Server?

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

RE: VMPro stops running randomly

How could I be so stupid,
Thanks very much for both pointers, I've been given additional voicemail ports for embedded instead of preferred edit......
