Night Service Extension Transfer

Night Service Extension Transfer

Night Service Extension Transfer

A couple of months ago I had (with the expertise of the good folks on this forum) added a 3rd carrier to our Merlin Legend/Magix system to allow for additional stations/extensions. All well and good, working great - except for a new wrinkle that was brought to my attention this past week.

When our Night Service AA is in operation one menu option is to reach an extension ("If you know your parties extension..."). This is working fine for any extension in the 100-199 range but goes to 'dead air' for extensions 200+. So, I'm guessing there is some sort of 'lookup table' that I need to update to include these new extensions?

RE: Night Service Extension Transfer

This is changed in when you record the auto-attendant greeting. Log-in like you are going to change the night auto-attendant. When you get to "enter a selector code betwee 1 and 9" choose 2. Change selector code 2 to "direct extension Transfer". When you get to the point of re-recording the greeting press # to keep the current recording, but save changes.
