Headset for 4424LD

Headset for 4424LD

Hello All
I'm looking for a good reliable wired headset for the Avaya 4424LS tel set.
Any suggestions..Thanks

RE: Headset for 4424LD

I like Plantronics. The HW251N is an over the head wired headset that works with the 4424. You just need the HIC quick disconnect to connect it to the headset port on the button too. No need for a seperate amplifier.

RE: Headset for 4424LD

Great Choice! Recommended to program 2 buttons/ Hdset On-Off & Hdset Hangup

RE: Headset for 4424LD

Ok, thanks for the input...I'll check out\the Plantronics HS

RE: Headset for 4424LD

it's not for everyone, but check out the auto answer button feature. the hangup button will be important to the user.

RE: Headset for 4424LD

I have a question...I did purchase the headset from Ebay....
But, it has a USB connector not the rj11 type for the connection
to the 4425 tel set...
Is there such an adapter or does the headset not come with an RJ type

RE: Headset for 4424LD

You probably bought the wrong headset. You want the version that has a quick disconnect cord. Then you need the HIC quick disconnect cord to plug it into the 4424. That HIC cord has the proper rj connection to connect it to the phone.

RE: Headset for 4424LD

ok..thanks for the input
