Qualtity Monitoring Calls Recording Back UP retention

(OP)

HI ALL,

I am login in Quality monitoring and looking on how i can make retention back files (recorded files audio) up for some users since that their averages are at 60 percent calls per days,

I am already have a server back up which is configured on the System Administration Options ,attached to both folders Content and Exports.
Since we did not expect to have much space for the HDD for the servers, so now i am running out of space, so i think for each supervisor back up files can be made after some days automatically.

Here is the picture on QM ,

It is available on this picture.
I look forward to your reply.

Thanks !
