Conference using Analogue Phone

can anyone tell me what the code i can use in analogue ext to make a conference call in eMG80 other than using the hook?

RE: Conference using Analogue Phone

The manual does say the following:

For SLT analogue device
Call CO party 1 answer
Press recall
Dial CO party 2, answer
Press recall twice within 2s to set up conference

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

RE: Conference using Analogue Phone

We have polycom conference unit and for some reason when we call both parties and click on conference button its not getting connected. We also tried with Avaya conference. All Analogue Conference Units and we are facing the same. One line is active and the other stays in Hold.

So we thought we can use a conference code!

RE: Conference using Analogue Phone

From analog polycom you cannot initiate conference calls. Instead as a workaround you can use one of the digital extension to call all participanets and at the final step you can include polycom analog extension as a last participant.

Alternatively this system has conference room feature but I still don;t know how to configure it.

RE: Conference using Analogue Phone

this used to work on the aria 24.
press Conf after calling the 1st party. Then after calling the 2nd party quickly press Conf , digit 2, then JOIN to connect all parties.
