SSMS 2014 and TFS 2015/2017

Been trying to find TFS 2015 MSSCCI Provider plugin for SSMS 2014 so that I can use TFS 2015/2017 to check in work via SSMS. Does anyone know if Microsoft provide this support or is there a way around it for it to work. As it seem like it is supported up to VS2013, which isn't good as we are using VS2015.

Are there other tools that can do the same job aswell?
