When customers dial my extension directly, their message length is okay. If they pass the original extension option and get to my extension a different way (after pressing * 8) the message length is only 5 seconds (obviously not long enough). A voice states "Delivery Scheduled," presumably referring to the voice message being delivered to my extension.
Minimum mailbox message length is 2 minutes, which is what my mailbox is set to. What is cutting off the message after 5 seconds and how do I fix it?
